Troy Roderick (SWB Chair 2011)
Troy Roderick has worked for more than 15 years in corporate and organisation development – leading whole-systems approaches to change. Chiefly through his involvement in equity and diversity programs in the public sector, Troy has assisted organisations to realise the business benefits of effectively managing diversity.
Some of Troy’s key achievements include the introduction of EEO management planning, implementation and evaluation in the Qld local government system, successful programs to improve Aboriginal employment in the NSW public sector and initiation of programs to prevent workplace bullying and harassment. In addition, Troy has a background which encompasses corporate planning, public sector ethics, learning and development in the retail sector and annual reporting. Between 1998 and 2006, Troy was a divisional adjudicator and coordinator with the Australasian Reporting Awards. Previously, he has worked with the Qld Department of Communication, Information, Local Government and Planning; Rail Access Corporation; many local governments throughout Queensland; David Jones Ltd; NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service; NSW Department of Environment and Conservation and the NSW Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care.
Troy’s current responsibilities with Telstra include the leadership of their Diversity and Inclusion program, with the principal objective of embedding effective diversity management into everyday business – realising improved value for Telstra’s shareholders, customers and employees |

Amelia Britton
Amelia is the Diversity & Inclusion Manager for KPMG in Australia and has responsibility for the Diversity & Inclusion strategy across the firm. KPMG is a global Tax, Audit and Advisory business with a large and diverse workforce in more than 145 countries.
Prior to managing the Diversity program for KPMG Amelia held a global role with KPMG in the Global People, Performance & Culture team working across Global Diversity and Global Alumni. Amelia has had a career in Human Resources both locally and overseas within the finance, government and professional services sectors and holds a Bachelor of Arts, Asian Studies (Human Resources) from UNSW. |

Taren Hocking
Taren is the Founder of the SWB Conference, a Director of Champion Event Management Pty Ltd and Producer and co-founder of the World Wellness Project. Taren specialises in event architecture, production, marketing communications and entrepreneurial processes, with an intimate knowledge of the application of commercial practices in SME’s through to large scale client and stakeholder projects. She has over 15 years expertise in events, corporate travel, marketing and brand experience development, gained in a range of environments from fashion, not for profit and government agency consultation to professional service firms & leading international companies. Taren is an advocate for women’s business advancement, served as a board member of Unifem Australia and is a member of the International Entrepreneurs' Association. |

Megan Dalla-Camina
Megan has had a wide spanning business career across Australia, Asia and the US, working in business strategy, marketing, business development and management roles. In her current role as Director of Strategy for IBM, she is responsible for developing both the short and long term IBM business strategies, with a focus on strategic growth initiatives and operational excellence.
Megan is also an active member of the IBM Diversity Council with a focus on the women in the workplace, workforce flexibility and work life balance initiatives, and is the Executive Sponsor for the Advancement of Women in IBM. |

Julie Bisinella
Julie is Group Head of Culture and Engagement for ANZ, a position she commenced in 2011.
From 2004-2010 she was Group Head of Corporate Responsibility for the bank where her responsibilities included CR strategy, policy, governance, reporting and communication. In 2009 she led the development of ANZ’s new global framework for Corporate Responsibility which today helps guide the bank’s corporate responsibility and community initiatives, decisions and investments. Prior roles in the bank included as Head of Group Internal Communication. |

Amanda Mostyn, Grad Cert HRM, GAICD
Amanda is Executive General Manager, People & Development of ASX Limited appointed in December 2006 following the merger of the Australian Stock Exchange and the Sydney Futures Exchange. Amanda is responsible for ASX’s HR Business Services, Remuneration & Benefits, Learning & Development and ASX in the Community function and is responsible for the Diversity program across ASX. She represents ASX as a Director of the ASX Thomson Reuters Charity Foundation. Amanda has held a number of senior management roles in Administration and Human Resources in the Finance and Manufacturing sectors |

Annalise Bamford
Annalise Bamford is the acting Director of Government Branch in the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet, a role which encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including providing strategic policy advice to the Premier on issues relating to Victoria's international relationships, public administration and governance, industrial relations, performance reporting and regional relations. She has over 12 years'
experience in the public sector, both in the education and the Premier's portfolio. |
